Summer Camps

Hip-Hop Dance Camp / July 14 & August 14-16
Ages: 5-11 years Cost: $29
Learn the fancy footwork and head-hand-foot coordination with hip-hop dance moves. Learn the basics of this high-energy dance and how to work in a team.


Cheer Camp/Dance & Cheer Clinic / July 15-16
Ages: 7-13 yrs. Cost: $35 Time: 5:30pm-7:30pm Location: 119 S. Kimball St. Caldwell
Students will learn several cheers and a dance. Learn basic cheer moves and put it together into several cheers. This is a great introductory to the fall cheer performance group which begins in September. 


Fishing Camp / July 15-17
Ages: 10-15 yrs old. Cost: $25 Time: Tuesday-Wednesday 9am-12pm Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm
Learn fishing basics as well as about Idaho's fish populations, habitat, and more. Meet each day at Memorial Park. You will spend time fishing on a local pond, then on the last day you will go out of town to Tripod Reservoir for a day of fishing. All supplies and transportation are included in the registration fee.


Ballet Camp / July 17-19 and August 11-13

Ages: 5-11 yrs. Cost: $29 Location: Caldwell Rec Facility-119 S. Kimball
Designed for dancers who are ready to learn and develop their strength, flexibility and coordination in ballet and jazz dance. Helps dancer gain confidence in their skills and talents


Lego Camp-Mindstorms #2 / August 4-8
Ages: 9-13 yrs old Cost: $90 Time: 9am-3pm
Taking Lego Mindstor to the next level! This is going to be a fun camp filled with Legos, sensors, motors, and anything else to build and create all Mindstorm projects. This will include Boogie Bots, Robo Bots, and more! Kids will work in pairs to help with team work collaboration, communication and problem solving, while working to build their activity and learning to program their creations on computers with Mindstorm software. Science, technology, engineering, and math are all incorporated in this fun and educational class.


Youth Bowling / August 5-14

Ages: 6-17 yrs. Cost: $15 Location: Caldwell Bowl
This class is designed to teach students the techniques of bowling. learn how to walk properly, how many steps to take, how to roll the ball and point your thumb. there will be lots of practice.


Archery Youth/Beginner / August 28-29
Ages: 6-14 yrs Cost: $20 Location: Archery Central located at 6611 Cleveland Boulevard
In this course, students will learn basic techniques and form using a compound bow. All equipment will be furnished. Equipment, safety, and elements of shooting will be covered. Hands-on shooting with some time spent covering such things as the different types of equipment, it's care, and proper handling
